Dolly’s Swap Shop will be part of the 'Season of Love' tour and we will be asking people to bring us their excess produce, meat, fish, honey, dairy or herbs, so that we can transform them into something new, food or drink related. The idea being, our culinary team will partner up ingredients brought to us, producing some great seasonal food, all produced on board Dolly and on the spot! This will then be given back to each person who provided us with their surplus, or they will be invited to a community dinner that evening to enjoy the fruits of everyone’s labour from the day.
